Event sponsorship allows businesses and organizations wishing to show their support for the DBA, engage with the local community, and promote their business during our well-attended events. The DBA Annual Meeting, Spring Fling, Taste of the Nations, Fall Arts and Crafts Festival, and holiday festivities are all available to sponsors.

Website Sponsorship

The DBA website is the go-to resource for the community and visitors to the area who want to know more about the events, businesses, and opportunities in Danville. Supporting the ongoing upkeep of the site is the best way to make sure the DBA can continue this valuable service to the community.

Website sponsorships are $1,500 annually. The logos of sponsors are displayed on the bottom of every page on the site and someone from your business can be featured in the Why I Turn to Danville section on the front page of the website.

Businesses in Danville are encouraged to harness the power of this single source for information by making the DBA website the place to post announcements and news that will attract clientele to your business and foot traffic to downtown Danville.

Website Advertising

Banner advertisements can be placed on many of the pages on the DBA website to promote happenings that encourage commercial activities in Danville’s core business district. First, review the advertising submission guidelines, then submit your ad.

The rate for ads is $150 for up to 30 days. As a benefit of membership, Silver-level DBA members may submit one banner advertisement per year at no cost and Gold-level members may submit two banner advertisements per year at no cost.

Event Calendar

The DBA event calendar is one of the most visited pages on the DBA website.

The purpose of the Danville Business Alliance’s online event calendar is to promote:

DBA events
Events sponsored by partner civic organizations that have a Danville component (MARC, Columbia Montour Visitors Bureau, Danville Arts Council, Borough of Danville, etc.)
Arts and culture happenings in Danville
Special events hosted by Danville businesses that encourage commercial activity in the downtown business district

All calendar submissions must comply with the event calendar guidelines.

DBA members at the Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels are permitted to submit events for inclusion on the DBA website’s event calendar at no cost by logging into their account.

DBA members at the Basic level and non-members can submit calendar entries at the rate of $25 per entry. Weekly or monthly recurring events are an additional $5 each. Contact us for more information.
